In this project, we have 9 themes to choose from and present our ideas in the form of videos.
1.Mind Map
First of all, I made mind map among the nine themes to conduct detailed analysis on each theme. Finally, I chose “Urban autism” as my topic of urbanization

Based on the survey, I determined that my target users are young people aged 20-30 who study and work in a foreign land, because they often feel lonely and suffer from urban autism.
4. Related works
This video mainly introduces the phenomenon of urban loneliness among young people, which gives me a lot of inspiration.
It was a TED talk that explained why people feel anxious and lonely and how to deal with them, and I learned a lot from it.
I’m fine in another city
A Chinese TV series，the series shows the realistic life, stranger youth in big cities each character’s experience is endowed with social issues and the sense of anxiety and stride, whether leave struggle or content with home, everyone in the loses and gain, leave and leave of experience, for the life of living soul ownership and city home.
Someone, Somewhere
In a French film, two young Parisians living in the same neighborhood, both suffering from big-city autism, meet a psychologist in order to learn about their “selves”.

I analyzed the suitable style of this video from the aspects of tone, rhythm, BGM, color, composition and lines.

7. Filmmaking process
I went to the city centre of Southampton to shoot. With the help of my friends, my shooting process was completed smoothly.
I learned a lot of editing knowledge in the editing process.
8. Filming tidbits
As it was the first time to shoot a video, I was not familiar with the shooting process, so I encountered some difficulties in shooting, but at the same time, a lot of fun things happened. Anyway, I really enjoyed the filming!
