Research topic
In order to understand and improve the user experience of women in Kuiwen District of Weifang City in purchasing sanitary napkins offline, I decided to study this topic.

The research direction
Based on the information provided in Task 1’s brief, I focused on women’s purchase of hygiene products. Sanitary napkin is a necessity that every girl needs every month. They will buy sanitary napkin every month. What’s their experience when they buy it in a physical store?
Inspiration
Sanitary napkin for every girl is every month must buy things, what kind of demand and dissatisfaction when they buy it? What is the shopping experience like?

Mindmap
This is my mind map, and I basically break it down into three parts, the user, the purchase and the sanitary napkin, and then I refine the problem.

Research
I went to the shopping center near my home and found a special counter for sanitary napkins supermarket,to take photos and investigate.

Questionnaire
Focusing on women’s offline experience of buying sanitary napkins, I designed the following 12 questions.

Analysis
In all, I collected 86 pieces of data,then I analyzed the data and summarized the users’ satisfaction and dissatisfaction, as well as the areas that should be improved.
